RYV Gel Polish

RYV is a cosmetics company that specialise in shellac nail polish and accessories.

The client wanted a brand that positioned the products as an affordable luxury. This was achieved with a mark constructed from elegant intersecting serif letterforms that were redrawn into a balanced triangular formation. The logo is gold foil stamped wherever possible further emphasising the elegance and luxury of the brand. Other specialist finishes such as clear gloss UV varnish are used throughout the product packaging to further enhance the look and feel. Bottle design is kept subtle and consistent by confining the colour palette to a small repeated dot motif that provides enough information without appearing garish or oversaturated.
